This is a beautifully made piece! I couldn’t be more pleased and will treasure it forever. I requested basswood because I liked the lighter color and it’s very lightweight. James was fantastic to work with and helped me track the package, which was tricky due to shipping challenges related to the pandemic. It was definitely worth the wait and arrived in perfect condition.
So beautiful and packaged with such care. Only thing is that I wish UPS driver could have been more thoughtful not to put Liquid item on it. The back of the mandala board got little damaged for it. I guess fragile sticker is not enough. Maybe in future use do not stack and do not place liquid items stickers on the packages. All over experience was great! Came exactly as it looked in the pictures, though the wood was a little lighter in person. I'm very happy with the piece. A lot of care went into the packaging and while it took extra time to open up, I appreciated the thoughtfulness.
