Processing and Delivery Times: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 7 - 10 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 10 business days
  • Europe: 8 - 12 business days
  • Australia: 6 - 12 business days
  • Asia: 4 - 7 business days

We utilize DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS for shipping, depending on the destination address to ensure efficient delivery.

Duties & Taxes Paid: We cover all customs, duties, and import taxes. There are no hidden fees. In the rare event you receive a bill, please contact us, and we will handle it for you.

Returns and Exchanges: We strive for complete satisfaction with every order. However, if you need to return an item, we accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized and non-custom-made items within 30 days of receipt.

To Return or Exchange an Item:

  • Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for exchanged items.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on personalized or custom-made items.

Replacements:

  • In cases of our error in personalization, we will send a replacement of the incorrect item at no additional cost.
  • We do not replace items if the error in personalization was due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refunds for Force Majeure:

  • Refunds may be issued under force majeure circumstances, such as the customer being unavailable for delivery, providing invalid contact information, or refusing the package.
  • In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund amount. The package may be disposed of by the postal service, and we are not responsible for costs incurred due to these circumstances.
