30-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@stereowoodart.com. Follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

  • Step 1: Email service@stereowoodart.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Step 2: We will review your request and, if applicable, confirm the refund amount or exchange details.
  • Step 3: We will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back at your own expense in its original packaging. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email in the package.
  • Step 5: Notify us of the shipment with your tracking number.
  • Step 6: Upon receipt, we will process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

US, UK, and International Returns

  • For customers in the US and UK: We offer returns to a local warehouse to minimize your fee. Please contact us at service@stereowoodart.com for the return address and details.
  • For all other international customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs to our international warehouse (located in China) unless the return is due to a quality-related issue.

Conditions for Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at stereowoodart@gmail.com. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or a full refund. Please document the issue with photos when you contact us to help facilitate the process.

Non-Returnable Items To maintain quality and customer satisfaction, certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-Made Products: Items that are tailored according to personal preferences.
  • Customer Damage: Any item damaged through customer mishandling, including but not limited to, drops, spills, and breaks.
  • Alterations: Items that have been modified by the customer, such as re-coloring, tailoring, adding frames, or drilling into the artwork.

Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of confirmation. If you wish to cancel an order after this period, please contact us as cancellations may still be possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply.
